i just used microsoft picture it for that one.
you take a picture. crop it to what you want. resize it to whatever size you want. this one couldnt be any larger than 100 pixels so i could use it for my livejournal. and then i added some text.
its really very simple.
i wish i had a program i could do animation with though.
